Some of the services on this website allow you to send us an email. The information you provide is only used to respond to your inquiry. Keep in mind email messages are not encrypted by default, so we suggest you not send sensitive information such as social security numbers, credit card numbers, or bank account information in an email or voicemail.

If such information is required, it will be via a web page that clearly states the page and its transmissions of information are secure and encrypted. All electronic messages received from visitors are deleted when no longer needed. We take the responsibility of your personal information very seriously and take many precautions to ensure that the information we collect is secure and inaccessible by anyone outside of our organization.

Shipping Policy
Orders ship by 4PM MST the next day when your order is placed before 2PM MST and shipped within 48 hours when order is placed after 2pm MST. There is no shipping on the weekends. When placing an order, please provide an email address for Zedian Queen to email your tracking number. Packages typically take 3-5 days to arrive, however this can vary. We will do our best to ensure your package is well protected before being shipped. We are not responsible for damaged or stolen packages. The texture of all products containing shea butter may change due to a rise or fall in temperature.
Return Policy
Our goal is complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not happy with any of our products they may be returned. All returns must have a return date no later than 14 days post shipping date to be considered for a refund. Along with the product(s), an explanation as to why the product(s) did not meet your needs/expectations is required. Refunds are considered case by case and are not guaranteed. You will be responsible for return shipping fees.

After we are satisfied with the condition and reason for your return, your original form of payment will be credited, minus the original shipping cost. Expect 7-14 business days for the refund to reflect on your billing statement.
Cancellation of orders are only done via phone or text within 12 hours of placing your order to ensure your package has not already been shipped.
